Can you please let me know if there is any customer or employee with the same email as the admin user with which you were logged in when this error occurred?
If that is the case, you should change the email of that customer or employee and it will be resolved as it causes a conflict between roles and permissions.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we can log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Could you reach out to your hosting provider and ask them to check the server configuration, specifically the client_max_body_size or LimitRequestBody values? These settings are configured on the server, and we don't have access to this information, so we can't make these changes.
I am not able to alter the Step-by-step booking form. Every change results in a 403 error: see attachment. Is there a bug in the software?

I checked everything with my hosting provider.
I added a line of code to .htaccess:
The max-sizes were already maxed out: see both attachments. 6144M should be more than enough for a single post.
Then I also modified the value for MaxInputVars from 5000 to 10000, but to no avail:
Is there anything else that could be the cause of this 403 error?
