In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

I am seeing that all the emails are failing to send. I have a cron job setup and emails do exist as they are sending perfectly once I send them directly.

Having correct email configuration is also related to the cron job configuration. The email configuration must work properly in order to send the scheduled notification (via cron job). As far i understand, your emails are working properly, but the cron job is giving issues?
There is an option to test if the cron job is working properly. You can find them on this link.
