I am encountering a 403 Forbidden error when trying to customize any reservation form in Amelia (Catalog 2.0 or others). The error occurs specifically when I attempt to save changes in the customization interface.
I have taken the following steps to try to resolve the issue:
Verified file and folder permissions (755 for directories and 644 for files).
Reinstalled the plugin completely by deleting it and installing the latest version.
Ensured that my WordPress site is configured correctly.
Cleared the cache, but the issue persists.
Despite these efforts, the error still occurs. Could you please assist me in identifying the cause of this issue and suggest any additional steps to resolve it?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we can log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

Could you reach out to your hosting provider and ask them to check the server configuration, specifically the client_max_body_size or LimitRequestBody values? These settings are configured on the server, and we don't have access to this information, so we can't make these changes.
We tested this POST request on your server with a reduced body size, and it returned a 200 response.
If this doesn’t resolve the issue, please also check your site's security setup. Try disabling the WAF (Web Application Firewall) or any other firewall settings that might restrict the size of POST requests.
Thank you for your assistance. I would like to confirm if I need to provide specific values for the following server parameters to my hosting provider, or if these should simply be checked and adjusted:
client_max_body_size:
Should I request a specific value, or does it depend on my server setup?
LimitRequestBody:
Should I provide a recommended value, or can this remain default?
Your guidance would help me communicate accurately with my hosting provider.

Hello Lucas,
Thank you for the update on this.
For the problematic POST request, setting the client_max_body_size (Nginx) or LimitRequestBody (Apache) to 512KB should be sufficient.
Looking forward to your update on this.
