Good morning, is it possible to download the purchased tickets once the payment for the reservation of participation in an event has been made? Can it be done on the page where you are redirected after payment? It would be useful if the code was specified on the ticket.

Unfortunately, currently this feature is not available in Amelia. There are tickets to be downloaded this named as a ticket and it show like that on the front end but there is no actual physical ticket that can be downloaded.

Thanks for the reply.
Since it is not possible to obtain a downloadable ticket, I configured a notification to the customer after the purchase.
In the notification I inserted the shortcode %event_tickets% hoping that the notification email could be used to prove the purchase.
Unfortunately, the shortcode %event_tickets% does not show the unique ID of the ticket.
This could be a very important element to simplify the management of ticket verification at the entrance to the event.
Is there a URL to display the ticket by ID?
