We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
Can you please help me? Is there a setting at all that I can add additional information fields when someone books more than one ticket I would like to know those attendee's names, for example its currently "Sarah smith +2" and I don't know who "Sarah" is bringing? which makes it hard for me to plan my events. Is there an automation when someone clicks more then one tickets, they are then able to fill in the additional attendees names.
also their ages & gender as a function would be ideal for my event planning?
thank you,
kind regards Brittany

Hello Brittany,
Thank you for your question! Currently, there is no built-in option in Amelia that allows users to fill in additional information fields (such as names, ages, or gender) for extra tickets when booking multiple tickets. However, this feature may be available in the future as we continue to enhance the plugin.
For now, one possible solution is to ask customers to include the names of additional attendeesand use a custom field to gather this information. You could create a custom field on the booking form to ask for the names and other details, but this would apply to all bookings and wouldn't differentiate between multiple tickets.
Feel free to check for updates on this feature, and don't hesitate to let me know if you need
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
