Zoom vs location

I would like to offer my clients the option of whether they are booking for my office location or booking for an online zoom session. At the moment I can't seem to do that. I'd like for the notifications to be different according to whether they want to book for a Zoom appointment or in-person: A zoom booking should automatically give them a Zoom ID, but not my office address (My office is at my home; I don't want to give this information out until they are a paying client, until then they only have access to general logistical info).

An in-person meeting should give them my office address, but NOT create a zoom meeting. Currently both things are happening, no matter what the user chooses.
    Example scenario:
    1) Which service do you want to book? (user chooses option 3 of 5 services).
    2) Would you like to meet online or in person? (user chooses in person).
    3) User chooses date/time
    4) User pays.

In this case, User should be notified by email of successful in person booking the "In Person" notification should be triggered, telling the client how to find the address, the default notification (with zoom details) should be withheld. Amelia should NOT create a Zoom appointment, but should add the appointment to my Google calendar (this is set up and works beautifully). Any help greatly appreciated.
    Thanks

    Hi Trevor,

Thank you for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, Amelia doesn’t have a dedicated location feature to differentiate between "on-site" or "online" explicitly, but let me clarify how this can be managed.

In Amelia, locations can be assigned either to an employee or an event. Whether Zoom links are included depends on whether the Zoom option is enabled for a particular service. For example, you can assign Location 1 to Employee 1, and if Employee 1 is linked to Service 1 with the Zoom option enabled, Zoom links will be generated for that service.

The Zoom option can be enabled on a per-service basis through the service settings. This means you can create one service for an on-site location (e.g., Location 1) and another service for online appointments with the Zoom option enabled.

Remember, locations are assigned in the employee settings, so each employee would need to be assigned specifically to a service.

As for notifications, these are sent based on the appointment status. However, you can also create custom notification templates and assign them to specific services to provide tailored communication.

    I hope it helps.

    Kind Regards,
