I was wondering if there is any way of selling packages with hourly credits.
I offer sewing classes with durations of anywhere between 2 and 6 hours. I would like to sell packages of i.e. 10 hours. If the customer books a 2 hour class they will use 2 of their 10 hours and have 8 hours left. If they then book a 3 hour class they will use up another 3 hours and have 5 hours left.
Unfortunately, the system doesn’t offer a way to configure this exactly as described, but it already works in a similar way. Instead of hours, the system uses the number of appointments. For example, you can configure a package with a total of 10 appointments. Each time a customer books an appointment for the desired service, one appointment is deducted from the total. Alternatively, you can configure the number of appointments per each service included in the package.
If I did it like that, the customers would have to book each hour seperately, correct? So a three hour class would require them to book 3 separate appointments?
I do not want them to have the option to only book i.e. 2 hours of a 3 hour class. Is there a way around that?
That's correct, unfortunatelly there is no workaround since each appointment is a separate appointment and the customers would use one appointment (from 10 available, for example) to book the appointment for services included.

Is there any way to do that with amelia?
Thanks!
