We recently purchased Amelia Pro and are experiencing an issue with the Popup functionality linked to a booking button on our site. Here’s what’s happening:
When logged in as an admin in WordPress, everything appears fine. However, when logged out, most of the Amelia features are unexpectedly displayed down the page. These elements are hidden when I’m logged in, but visible when I’m not.
I primarily use Chrome while logged in, and everything looks as expected. However, when I switch to Safari, the issue becomes apparent.
Could you please help us identify what might be causing this? We would greatly appreciate your guidance.
Thanks for reaching out to us. It looks like the issue is related to the caching plugin. There seems to be a conflict between Amelia and the caching plugin. You can try disabling the plugin temporarily and test it again. I’m confident it will work, but let me know if you need further assistance
Thanks for your response. Could you clarify which plugin you suggest deactivating? Our website is hosted through Kinsta, and they use the Kinsta Cache Plugin, which I’ve already deleted several times without success. Or are you referring to the Amelia plugin instead? Let me know what you recommend so I can test further.
I’ve tried all the functions shown in the image you provided, but unfortunately, none of them resolved the issue. However, I also attempted clearing the cache directly from the Kinsta Dashboard, and that seems to have temporarily resolved the problem.
The issue now appears to be resolved on my end. Could you confirm if it also looks resolved from your side? Since the site is currently under development, we’ll continue testing and monitoring to ensure the issue doesn’t reoccur.
You can deactivate the license, and then enter the purchase code for the Pro license again. In this way, you will be sure that the license in activated on this domain.

Thanks, it looks like it is a Kinsta Cache plugin. Is there an option to disable it temporarily?

Hi Stig,
You just need to add the purchase code directly in Amelia Activation settings. Amelia will automatically recognize the domain and license.
