We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Customizing the Employee Panel

    I have been able to successfully customize each panel using the native editor in Amelia's backend.

    However, I noticed that there is no similar backend editor available for the employee panel, or I might not have been able to find it.

    I tried editing said color with pure CSS, but it seems to be overwritten.

    Can this be done?

    Hello there,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    This is not possible at this time as such because we still not implemented new employee panel and for now you need to customize 1.0 booking form to be able to customize 1.0 employee panel.

    For old 1.0 panels in order to change the general colors of the Customer/Employee Panels as well as the text color;

    at the moment we don't have a separate setup that is only for the Panels;

    but if you go to Amelia Customize/ choose Step 1.0 Forms,

    and enable "use global colors", 

    then  the same colors you set for any of these "Step 1.0" Booking Forms, will be reflected in the Panels :

    Make the changes you need, then "save",  clear the cache of the site,

    then refresh the Employee Panel page, and check the result :
