We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Hi there, we are having a massive issue with people not being able to book onto our classes. The message 'Maximum Bookings Reached' is coming up despite this not being the case.
Can someone please take a look ASAP, this is causing huge problems!!

Thank you for getting back to me. Yes, that option is enabled.
Please try 'community lunchtime meditation' for tomorrow- this is still showing the same error and people can't book. Nor could they book Kundalini yoga on Monday or online Yin yoga last night.
Our teachers are missing out on bookings so if you can please look into is as soon as you can, it would be much appreciated.
I'd also like to know if we are using the most up to date version of Amelia, and if not, how we go about updating it please.

We do not see an issues no matter if the event needs to be paid or if it is free it still lets us to book events
Also we do not have any other reports for other users and we have tested this locally and in Dev environment and there are no issues.
We asked in our previous reply to check the option tocheck if you have enabled this option
But you did not send us any response.
