We recently purchased your booking system to use for our business purposes. Upon thorough evaluation, we have found that the system unfortunately does not offer the features we require.
Specifically, the following functionalities are essential for us but are not available:
The ability to set a fixed price for bookings for up to 6 people, with an additional charge of €50 for each additional person.
Different pricing options for weekends (Friday–Sunday), such as a fixed price of €390 for 6 people and an additional charge of €65 for each extra person.
Unfortunately, it was not clear to us at the time of purchase that these features were not supported. The information provided on your website does not appear detailed enough to make an informed purchasing decision.
Since the system does not meet our requirements, we kindly request a refund of the purchase amount.
