We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
I cannot create a new event in wp admin from Amelia New Event creation section, the errors are multiple in my chrome inspect tool:
1. [Deprecation] Listener added for a 'DOMNodeInserted' mutation event. Support for this event type has been removed, and this event will no longer be fired. See https://chromestatus.com/feature/5083947249172480 for more information.
2.Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 ()
3.
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot use 'in' operator to search for 'message' in undefined

Please help me with this error as I can't create new events now.

Hi,
I figure it out the error: my admin email account was registered during testing the events as a "Amelia Customer", so you have to delete the admin email address from the Amelia Customers list.
Now everything works as it should.
Zoltan
Hi Zoltan,
Thanks for your feedback! Since Amelia automatically creates a new customer after a booking, it used the same email address, which resulted in the WP user having multiple user roles assigned. However, I see you’ve already found the solution—great to hear that!
If you have any other questions, please feel free to open a new ticket, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Have a great day!
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
