Hello, We have some clients who made their first reservation via backoffice, without adding their email.
Now, these clients make their reservation via frontoffice, and even though they enter their emails, it seems that their file does not make that update and their email is not saved.
Thanks for reaching out to us. It's not a bug, you can choose if the email or phone fields are mandatory or not. If not mandatory, the customers can book without entering their email address. All other information will be visible, except the email. You can enable the email to be mandatory in General settings and also in the Customize settings. You would need to click on the Step by Step v2 Booking form / Date and Time step / Options and enable the email there, as well.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I see, they already booked an appointment, but Amelia already registered them as Amelia Customer. However, when they book another appointment, Amelia registers them as a different customer, unfortunately (because the credentials are not the same). The only workaround would be to go and add the email manually to each customer in the Amelia Customer section, unfortunately.

The thing is that they have now made a new reservation, adding their email, but it does not appear updated
