    We are having an issue where custom fields are not generated if an appointment is purchased via a package.


    Steps to recreate the Amelia bug

    1. Via the front-end, as a customer, purchase a 5 lesson package (5 WaiDrive Lessons - Youth Ages 16-24)
    2. Choose to add the appointments later.
    3. Close the browser.
    4. In a different browser (or using a new private browser session), login as the customer, set the password, then in the Customer panel, select the package, then book an appointment. This simulates them logging in at a later date (as their browser session is expired).

    5. Complete the appointment booking, then close browser window.
    6. In the admin interface, this new appointment can be viewed, but has no custom fields data saved – this is because the customer was never asked for the data in the first place, if the steps above are followed.

    We must kindly admit that your ticket is a bit confusing to fully understand. While the screenshots you provided are helpful to some extent, the information in your message is somewhat unclear. For example, you mention closing the browser during a process (if we understood correctly), which seems unusual, as it is generally not advisable. However, we may have misunderstood the context entirely.

    Additionally, in the screenshots, you highlight missing placeholders in the calendar, which appears to be a separate issue from what was described in the text.

    While we may not fully grasp the details of your ticket, please rest assured that we will do our utmost to assist you in resolving this matter to the best of our abilities.

    However, we regret to inform you that what you are requesting is not currently possible.

    We have consulted with our QA team, and it has been confirmed that custom fields populated through a package and subsequently booked via the panel cannot be sent or displayed in the calendar. Unfortunately, the technical capabilities required to achieve this functionality do not exist at this time.

    We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
