Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. It seems there may be a discrepancy in how the payment status is displayed when editing the payment details in Amelia. We have noted this issue and will look into it further to ensure that the payment status is updated correctly in both the backend and finance section.
If you have any further details to share or additional questions, feel free to let me know!
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Otherwise I cannot give you access to our user database I'm afraid.
Thanks,
Robert
PS I've found another bug. When you go to edit payment details from Calendar or Appointments (instead of via Finances), it says "undefined" instead of "Rechnungs-Nummer" (invoice nr)
Unfortunately, we do not have an NDA that we can sign at the moment. However, I assure you that we take data security very seriously and handle all information with the utmost care and confidentiality.
Regarding the issues you've reported, we have noted them, including the "undefined" label instead of "Rechnungs-Nummer" and the discrepancy in the total shown (€0) in the list view. These issues have been forwarded to our development team and will be addressed in an upcoming update.
Thank you for bringing these to our attention, and I appreciate your patience as we work on resolving them. If you have any additional details or encounter other issues, please don't hesitate to let me know.
When an appointment is booked through the backend, the payment in finances is correctly listed as ausstehend / open in the list view.
However when editing the payment details, it is incorrectly shown as bezahlt / paid, even though the paid amount is clearly €0

Hi Uroš,
thanks for getting back to me.
I have also just noticed, that the total shown (€0) in the list view doesn't make sense.
You can see the discrepancy in my first two screenshots.
Looking forward to a fix for this.
Cheers,
Robert

Hi Uroš,
do you have an NDA that we both can sign?
Otherwise I cannot give you access to our user database I'm afraid.
Thanks,
Robert
