We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hello,

I have a booking form integrated with your plugin and I need help configuring it according to the following specifications:

Service Categories: I have created two categories – “Large Room Booking” and “Private Room Booking”. Each category includes several options:

    • 1 adult
    • 1 child
    • 1 adult + 1 child
    • 2 adults + 1 child
    • 1 adult + 2 children
    • 2 adults + 2 children

The maximum capacity for the “Large Room” is 14 people per time slot, and for the “Private Room” it is 4 people per time slot.

Question: How can I set these capacity limits for each time slot?

Problem with Time Slots: If I make a reservation (for example, 1 adult + 1 child) for a specific day and time (e.g., January 24th, 4:00 PM), afterwards, if I try to make another reservation for a different service (e.g., just 1 adult) in the same time slot, it no longer appears available. However, if I choose the same service as the first reservation, the time slot is displayed.

Question: How can I set the form so that the time slots remain available until the maximum capacity of 14/4 people is reached?

    Thank you!

    Hi Andrei,

As Kenneth stated, you would need to enable "multiple booking of the same timeslot". By default, this is not configured, customers can only book one timeslot for particular service. So, in service settings, you need to configure the maximum capacity to more than 1 and you also need to enable the "Allow booking below minimum capacity" in Appointment settings. This will allow your customers to book the same timeslot multiple times until the maximum capacity is reached.

    Kind Regards,
