In our Amelia settings, Google reCAPTCHA is disabled. However, when users try to access any booking page, it still prompts them for Google reCAPTCHA verification.
Additionally, the page displays three commands related to reCAPTCHA. I attempted to hide them using CSS (display: none), but doing so causes the page scroll to stop working.
Could you please assist in identifying the root cause of this issue and why Google reCAPTCHA is being triggered even though it’s disabled on our site?
For your reference, I’ve attached a screenshot to help diagnose and resolve the issue more efficiently.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
