Can zoom meeting can be started from outlook calendar?When anyone schedules any meeting outlook calendar notifications doesn’t show up & in the past there was some notification but meeting can only be started from Amelia dashboard appointment.
Thank you for your message! To allow a client to cancel an appointment, they can do so in two ways:
Via Email: If you've configured the cancellation link in the email notifications, clients can click the %appointment_cancel_url% placeholder, which will take them directly to a cancellation page.
Through the Customer Panel: Clients can also cancel their appointments by logging into their customer panel on the website. They will have the option to cancel any upcoming appointments there.

Thank you for your question! Customers can reschedule their appointments through the Customer Panel, provided the panel has been set up and configured. They will need to log in, navigate to their appointments, and use the reschedule option if it is enabled.

You can add a %zoom_join_url% placeholder to the "Event Title and Description" field on the Amelia/Settings/Integrations/Outlook Calendar page.

Can I create different appointment notifications for different services.I didn’t find any option for different services notifications customization.

For this purpose, you will need to click on the "Create New Notification" button and assign a specific service to that custom notification.
