Hello, I have a lifetime license. I notice that there is a lot more work and improvements done on your Trafft platform than on the Amelia plugin. Is this normal? How will the module evolve? Because I'm wondering about a few things (coupons, for example!). When will it be possible to pay by bank transfer as an option??? because having to install a woocommerce just to do that isn't right! When will it be possible to choose different prices for the same service ( for example adult price and child price !!! it's been requested for so long ! ) thank you for your answers.
Please note that these are two distinct products with different functionalities—one is a SaaS solution, and the other is a WordPress plugin. They are developed by two separate teams, which means certain features are easier to implement in Amelia (the WordPress plugin), while others are more suited or in higher demand for Trafft. However, both products are being actively and equally developed, even if it might not seem that way to you.
We provide the option for users to vote on features they would like to see implemented in both plugins. Over time, the most requested features are added, depending on user demand. However, some features may never be implemented, regardless of demand, as they would require creating an entirely new plugin—such as a multi-vendor feature, for example.
Features like the waiting list option and the cart were among the most requested, which is why they were implemented. We are also working on many other new features, as well as a complete redesign of the backend. That said, we cannot provide an exact timeline or disclose what features are being developed and when they will be released. This is standard practice to protect our products from competition and industry-related risks.
Rest assured, Amelia will continue to receive new features and improvements over time, just as it has up to now.
We appreciate your understanding, and we encourage you to kindly consider submitting this valuable suggestion as a feature request through the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/. The prioritization of feature development is greatly influenced by the number of customer requests received. By participating and expressing your support, you contribute significantly to the potential expedited implementation of this feature.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
