after our campany got muitiple reservations, we got only one e- mai, but we didnt get any other e-mai. please let us know how we should do for that resolution.

Are those multiple reservations for the same timeslot? If so, Amelia has created a group booking, and the information has been sent in the same email.
However, if you received multiple reservations for different timeslots and haven’t received the corresponding email notifications, it might be an issue with your email configuration. Please ensure that SMTP is properly configured for email notifications. You can find the instructions on this link.
