In the back end I get a very strange default dates (0001-01-01 - 2025-01-01) which makes it difficult to find the events and appointments I create. I have to clear the date field to find anything and it feels counter intuittive.
In the Staff Panel front end the date is instead 2001-01-02 - 2001-01-02 withut any option to clear the date field or enter a manual date. I have to step 25 years forward, month by month which makes it pretty much unusable.
This is related to the custom date and time format from Wordpress. Make sure to configure the correct date and time format in Wordpress and it should display the correct time.
Changing it to the suggested time and date format fixes the issue, but it is not an acceptable solution for us. Noone in Sweden uses those formats and it causes confusion. Is there any hope that this bill be fixed in the future?
Amelia is quite "sensitive" when it comes to these settings, as it doesn’t have its own date/time settings and instead uses those from WordPress. This is why it’s recommended to select the date and time from the available options. Unfortunately, there isn’t another workaround for this.
