Hi there, about a year ago I set up a site with a survey. The survey data is captured by a Forminator Form, and this dynamically updates to some wpDataTables Charts so that the viewer can see the response data in real time.

    The form is here: https://meandmypetagedcare.com.au/

The survey results are displayed here: https://meandmypetagedcare.com.au/responses/

I have noticed that it has been getting some SPAM so I need to add better form protection to the form which I will do and that will fix this going forward. BUT meanwhile I need to remove all the spam entries as they are corrupting the charts and also as I show the response data in a table, I can;t have those spam entries showing...

BUT since the survey and the form are dynamically linked, I am not sure of the best way to do it.. is there a way to go into to data source and manually delete the fake entries and then have the charts update?

Or do I need to export all the data and start again (hopefully I don't)

Thanks..  I think I am still on a free version, so if this is something that I could do more easily on the paid version please advise as it;s not a problem to upgrade if that would help this situation. ..

A strange thing that is happening in Chart 1 is that there is a red slice with no data key, that shouldn't be there as there are only 4 options for this question. but I think this may be happening as somehow some of the spam entries are managing to have no answer for this field .. so that red slice is these dodgy extras entries? Likewise the 4th char for STATE has an extra orange slice and I think that is the same thing.

    Thanks for your help.

    Kirstie

the red slice is not an avctual survey answer - must be the spam entries causing this?.jpg
