The employee selected for the package appointment is incorrect. I chose an employee named 'People for Test', but in the booking overview, that name does not appear. Instead, an employee is being randomly selected. how to fix that?

Got it, but when a customer wants to purchase a package, and he don't select the particular employee for the appointments that are for the services included in a package, Amelia will automatically assign next available employee. Of course, only those who are assigned to services and assuming the already busy timeslots. For example, you can choose a package and book the appointments for those services right on the booking for, if these employee or location selections is mandatory, a customer can only choose a time and date to proceed forward. Amelia will automatically select the next available employee.
I'm not sure about what you said. I made another booking on February 1st, 2025. On my appointment booking calendar, I saw that no one had booked on that date. Ideally, "people for test" should be available on that date. But in the booking details that were created, February 1st was filled by Adelia Puspita Sari. I also checked the appointment calendar on the Amelia dashboard. On February 1st, 2025, only 3 employees were selected: Adelia Puspita Sari, Aulia Akbar, and Wilya Ayu Nurhasanah. There was no "people for test" there. I think there's still an error.
Basically, this is how it should work. I have a package with one service, where both employees are assigned.
They do not have any appointments booked
Here is how the package appointment selection looks
If the appointments are mandatory (minimum number not configured)
Then customers would have the option to skip the booking or then can select any timeslot from offered. Since both employees are assigned to the same service, Amelia not shows the timeslots from combined work hours from both employees.
If a customer just selects the date and time, Amelia will randomly assign the first available employee
Of course, it will take into consideration, the already booked timeslots and the availability.
So, unless the customer selects a particular employee, it might get randomly assigned.
If the employee selected by the client does not match the one shown in the booking report, this could confuse the client. There are two ways to solve this issue:
1. Create a setting to ensure that the employee selected by the client matches the one displayed in the order details.
2. Create a setting to remove the employee selection option, allowing the system to randomly assign an employee instead.
You can disable both employee and location selection fields in Customize settings. So Customize / Step by Step v2 / Booked Appointments preview / Options
