We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    Hello, I have tried several times over the past year to figure out the easiest way to avoid double booking. I sometimes take appointments by phone and need to block it off on the Amelia calendar. I have reviewed the instructions for special days, work hours, and have tried doing this several times. 

    It is very confusing and every time I have blocked off time, it has taken hours to figure it out. Can someone please walk me through how to easily block off a single appointment slot so that I don't keep getting double booked. Social Days has completely confused me.

    Any assistance in helping me figure this out would be greatly appreciated.

    Also, haven't been able to figure out how to remove the labels on the booking form that I don't want to show on the customer front end...such as employee. I just want it to show "book venue tour and book floral consultation."  Without them having to choose an employee.

    Hello there,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Amelia is designed to prevent double booking so double booking in Amelia is not possible.

    1. You need to check the capacity set for that services in services edit service

      You need to set it in that case to be minimum 1 and maximum 1
    2. As for employees you can hide employee field in customize section like this

    3. Just in case in settings appointments settings check if you have turned off option that will allow booking over the maximum capacity
