Here’s what you need to do:
First, delete Amelia from the plugins section.
Clear your cache.
Reinstall Amelia and enter your purchase code again.
This should allow Amelia to recognize the purchase code and domain, giving you access to all the features included with your license.
Unfortunately, Payzen is not integrated with Amelia at the moment. However, you can still use other payment gateways such as PayPal, RazorPay, WooCommerce, Mollie, and Stripe.
thank you for this quick response. Following this manipulation, I was able to enter the 'purchase code' again. But now the employee page is completely blank. Unable to add a department because there are no employees. There appear to be inconsistencies in the database tables.

Great, it's the caching issue. Clear the browser cookies / cache and you should be able to see all the sections properly.
