We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello!
We keep having the same issue with unwanted group bookings.
We haven't enabled group bookings (because we offer a private service), but when a client cancels their booking (and frees the time slot), the system keeps it and adds the next appointment (in that same time slot) as a group booking. I've added some screenshots as an example.
We don't need to see the canceled bookings, we are only interested in seeing active bookings. And merging the canceled and active bookings into group bookings creates a lot of confusion for our employees.
How could we fix that?

Hello Annet,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, the only solution at the moment is to remove the appointments manually. When multiple appointments are booked for the same date and time (timeslot), Amelia automatically groups them into a single booking. If you click on that specific timeslot, you’ll be able to see all the appointments associated with it.
The reason appointments aren’t automatically deleted when a customer cancels is to ensure visibility for the admin or employee, allowing them to see the appointment even if it has been cancelled. However, you do have the option to manually delete any appointments that you no longer wish to see listed.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
