We've noticed a recent issue whereby the forgot password link for the customer panel isn't sending to Gmail and iCloud email addresses. Do you know if there is something preventing this?

I hope you are doing well. No issues like this have been reported so far. Perhaps, is the email configuration issue? I suppose you have SMTP configured?

These were all working previously and we haven't changed anything so I'm not sure. I have SMTP configured yes. Anything you could suggest trying?

I can test it using my Gmail address, but I’ll need the WP admin credentials to proceed. You can provide them here, just be sure to enable the "private" option so only we can see them.
