I'm afraid we don't understand what exactly you want to achieve and what exactly is the issue? Can you explain in a little more detail and send us some screenshots or a short one-minute video? From your screenshots we do not see and do not quite get the issue?
The main purpose of the website is for customers that have bought a package to be able to see the appointments and book new services from the package.
This should work via the customer panel. Generally it's working.
My Issue:
When the user get's logged out (I guess the cookie expires) and the user has the website still open in the mobile browser, in the customer panel it looks like there are no appointments or packages (screenshot Screenshot_20250108_103235_Chrome.jpg)
and if you click on the menu button you still see the correct username on the top (screenshot Screenshot_20250108_103645_Chrome.jpg). That is really bad. Because the customer thinks he is logged in.
If you click logout in the customer panel and login again you can see the real appointments for this user (Screenshot after_logout_and_login.jpg)
I don't know why the user is not logged in anymore. Maybe because I tested it on different devices?! I just recognized it, because when I saw there are no appointments and no purchased packages I tried to navigate to /wp-admin area. And there was no user logged in anymore.
It doesn't matter if I reload the site with the customer panel, it still looks like there are no appointments and as the user would be signed in.
We just got the feedback from our colleagues and they have told us that the QA team was unable to reproduce this issue. They sent us this could you please ask the user for clarification regarding how they are logged into the WP admin? In their ticket, they mention that they are not logged into the WP admin, yet it still appears as though they are in the panel.
It would be helpful to check this connection further. For instance, do they perhaps have another plugin for logging into the backend that might not be functioning as expected? Or is it possible that they only have Amelia Customers set as WP Users, allowing them to log into both the front (panel) and backend?
Let me know what you find out so we can dig deeper if needed!
Hello,
I have a problem with the customer panel.
If I am not active it seems like the account gets logged out automatically. This is not good for the customer experience, but is not the main problem.
If i go to the admin panel i see that i am not logged in. There has to show the login view in this case.
Are you aware of the bug? Do you have a workaround?
I am using Wordpress 6.7.1 with Divi Theme 4.27.4. Currently there is no caching plugin activated.
Thanks,
Helmut

Hello Marko,
Thanks for the response.
I will try to explain it better:

Do you understand my issue now?
Thanks
