How could I create the option for clients to rate their consultation with my expert from 1 to 5? We can send an email after the consultation, but what tool can we use to allow the client to provide their rating for the expert?
Unfortunately, Amelia doesn’t have this option yet. We are considering adding it in future updates, but there is no ETA at the moment. It might be possible with third-party plugins, but we cannot recommend any specific ones as we don't have integrations with other plugins.
