We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Dear Amelia Support Team,

I am writing to report an issue with the Amelia plugin on my website. Unfortunately, the booking system does not appear on the homepage, despite my efforts to troubleshoot the problem.

Here are the key details of the issue:

    1. The shortcode for the Amelia booking system has been correctly added to the homepage, but nothing is being displayed.
    2. I have verified that the plugin, Elementor, WordPress, and all other plugins are updated to their latest versions.
    3. I have cleared the cache on my website and browser, but the issue persists.
    4. I have also tested for potential conflicts with other plugins and themes by deactivating them one by one, but this did not resolve the problem.

Could you kindly assist me in identifying the cause of this issue and restoring the functionality? I rely on Amelia for managing my appointments, so it is crucial to resolve this matter as soon as possible.

Please let me know if you require additional details or temporary access to my WordPress dashboard to investigate further.

Thank you very much for your support. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

    Best regards,

    Hello Dima,

I hope you are doing well. Make sure to disable the caching plugin, as well. In 99 percent of the cases, it's the caching plugin conflict. Please, disable it and then try again. Let me know if it works.

    Kind Regards,

    Stefan Petrov
