Thanks for reaching out to us. The employee must be assigned to the Google Calendar as per the integration instructions. Once assigned, all appointments booked within Amelia will automatically appear in the Google Calendar. However, please note that appointments booked directly on Google Calendar will not sync back to Amelia—only the corresponding timeslots will be blocked in Amelia to prevent double booking.

Hi,
I've spent many hours trying to get google cal to sync with amelia.
this is my setup
120 Employees, none of them have google cal attached to there employee account.I've created 1 account which links to a shared cal ([email protected])
I've setup google api and services then seem fine (but no requests yet)
no events or appointments have synced into wordpress
Ideally i want this to be events.
I've created a manual event, this doenst appear on my gcal
Any help and guidence really appriciated.
