Hello,
I purchased Amelia to offer bookings for laser tag events.
The event never takes place at the same location, which is why I need to create several different ones in Amelia.
How can I create an event with multiple time slots available for up to 20 people each? When I create an event, there is only one time slot...
For example, 2 people want to attend Event "A" at 3 PM, and 3 other people want to attend Event "A" as well, but at 4 PM.
Hi Sebastian,
Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunatelly, there is no option to create an event with different timeslots, this is possible with the services/appointments. Each event must have pre-defined time and date, and the customers can only book the place for this particular event in advance. You can find more information on this link.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hi Stefan,
Thank you for your answer but it's a bad news for me...
Is it possible to have a page on my website with all events A time slots and another page with only event B ?
Hi Sebastien,
You can have different pages created separately, where each page can have a unique shortcode added. So, you can have events shown on the page 1, appointments shown on the page 2 and etc, using the shortcodes on the link provided previously.

Hi Stefan,
I understand but it was not exactly my answer.
I would like to show Event 1 on a page and event 2 on page 2 for example
Hi Sebastien,
It's the same procedure as mentioned. Create a new page, then select the "shortcode" module and copy/paste this shortcode -
You would need to replace the ID with the Event ID. The same procedure can be used for each page.

Great! Thank you.
Is it possible to show event 1, 2 and 3 on the same page and event 4,5 and 6 on another ?
With a shortcode like this for example : [ameliaeventscalendarbooking event=1;2;3]
Hi Sebastian,
Yes, this is possible with the multiple selection shortcodes
From Amelia 7.0, you can choose multiple categories, services, packages, employees, or locations in a single webpage, using the new Step-by-Step or the new Catalog Booking forms.
Please note that you can select multiple options in Gutenberg, Divi, and Elementor as well.
