I installed Amelia Booking on my WordPress website to allow my clients to book seats for trips via the "Events" feature of Amelia. I connected Amelia to WooCommerce and downloaded the "Viva Wallet Smart Checkout" plugin to link it with WooCommerce. I successfully connected the Viva Wallet Smart Checkout plugin to my Viva Wallet account.
I created a payment page, but when I try to book a seat for a trip, I am redirected to a page displaying a "critical error" message (see the screenshot). I installed the latest update of Amelia Booking, but when the plugin was in version 7.9, I wasn’t even redirected to another page, and this error message appeared above the order button: "Unable to add data in AmeliaBookingInfrastructureRepositoryUserUserRepository SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1364 Field 'error' doesn't have a default value."
Since the Amelia Booking plugin is up to date, WooCommerce is properly connected to Amelia in the settings, and Viva Wallet is correctly linked to WooCommerce, I do not understand why I am unable to process payments on the site.
Thanks for reaching out to us. This issue was related to the conflict between Amelia and WooCoomerce in 7.9, but we have a fix for this issue. However, since you've updated to the latest version, this should be fixed already. Is this still the case or?
I had already downloaded Amelia version 8.0.2 when the issue occurred. Despite the new update, the error message is still present, and I am unable to process payments. The error message displayed is the one shown in the screenshot from my previous message.
Additionally, since this morning, Amelia’s event list modules are no longer loading. I can no longer even access the event forms. The event list on the front end is only visible when I am logged in as an administrator on my WordPress website. However, for customers, the module keeps loading indefinitely. For exemple, you can see this issue on the following page : https://www.sambre-meuse.be/destination/bruges/
Here are the screenshots :
To summarize, customers can no longer even view the event list, and when they could, they were unable to process payments because this error message appeared :
I am unsure what is happening, but it seems like nothing is working, even though the Amelia plugin is up to date. Could you please help me ? This is quite urgent. Thank you.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

Thanks for providing the access. I didn’t see any specific errors in the developer’s console that could pinpoint the exact issue preventing the event list from loading. However, we can begin troubleshooting by disabling other plugins, as this might be related to a conflict with third-party plugins.
Can you please double-check this and let me know, so we can continue the investigation regarding the payments?
I have disabled all plugins, and indeed, this resolved one of the two issues. The Amelia events list is now visible.
However, the payment issue persists. It is still impossible to complete the payment as this message continues to appear :
Pourriez-vous s'il vous plaît enquêter davantage pour déterminer la cause profonde du problème ?
For your information, I have temporarily removed the Amelia events from the front end of my website since they are not functioning. Therefore, if needed, I authorize you to create a new page and new Amelia Events to test the form yourself.
