I don't know how tu set up everything correctly. I make an event on-line. after making an order customer receives and e-mail with booking confirmation and URL to zoom. It is OK but customer receives this notification also if he chooses prepayment for bank account and it is still not paid. How to send notification with link to the zoom only if order is paid and completed?
I connected woocommerce status with amelia, only woocommerce' "completed" is connected with "accepted" in Amelia but it is still incorrect.

Amelia triggers the appointment creation on statuses "Completed", "Processing" and "On Hold". So, when you change the payment status to one of these, an appointment will be created.
To stop Amelia from creating an appointment for "Processing" or "On Hold" statuses, you can simply comment those lines of code in ../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/src/Infrastructure/WP/Integrations/WooCommerce/WooCommerceService.php

Unfortunately, this will not work for events since they have only approved or canceled status. This is happening most likely because you are using prepayment method please use some other direct method of payment and this should not happen in that case.

I understand that payment for bank account is not popular these days but what about failed payments via card? Amelia knows that it is not paid so cancel booking and doesn't send reminder?

It looks like something that should help but it would be best to test this out. Amelia will not send reminder notification (reminder notifications are set by your hosting provider on your server) if the booking is not approved it should not send reminder notifications if the booking is not complete.
