We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello
Some time ago I integrated Google Calendar with Amelia and it worked fine. I added an expert and his calendar worked fine. At that moment something changed, I want to add another expert and I have a problem with it, because the end result of the integration was always redirection to the expert panel, and now it displays:
Your Token is:
4/0AanRRrvqyneMkBh7at0HrISNP59NTEdPxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
The link contains =https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar
According to your advice I delete it and I am redirected to the expert panel, but the integration with the calendar does not work, meetings are not added. You have clearly broken something with your updates, please reply urgently.

Okay, I understand the issue now. I installed the Everest Forms plugin, which caused this problem. Disabling it allowed the experts to integrate the Google accounts successfully. Why is it that only this plugin causes this issue?
Hi Michal,
No changes has been made to the Google Calendar integration. We've only added Ical configuration and some issues have been fixed. However, there might be some files from Everest forms that cause issues/conflict. Was it working before this update with the Everest Form enabled?
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
