We have two different people making services for bikes. And these two have each two different google calenders connected. One for B2C and one B2B bookings. One in Mattighofen, the other one in Gamlitz. How come, that the calender for Gamlitz switched automatically from [email protected] (B2B) to [email protected] (B2C). Suddenly both "Accounts" for Florian in Gamlitz were running with the [email protected] (which should be only for B2B). How is it possible that the calender connection switches automatically? All bookings and entries are gone now in the [email protected] google calender. We need immediate support. You can reach me under [email protected] or here in the chat.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hi Stefan, since i am not talking about options rather than errors, how do you think this happened? We did not delete all appointments on purpose because we wanted to, I am talking about a serious problem your appointment system is causing to us because of this. So please let me how i can assist you with the further investigation. And again, every employee had a different calendar connected, but suddenly the same calendar was assigned to two employees which led to deleting all appointments in the missing one. This should never happen.
Looking forward to hear from you and all the best,
Tobias
Even after connecting the right calender its not synchronizing all the appointments. Is it possible to synchronize all the bookings again? P
Hello Walter,
I’m still trying to figure out how both employees ended up being assigned to the same calendar automatically. This has never been the case before, as Amelia doesn’t have an option to automatically reassign calendars. We’ve encountered issues with the sync being dropped automatically, but never with the calendar being assigned to another employee.
Could it be possible that this action was performed by one of the employees or the admin? The employee also has the ability to connect their calendar through the employee panel.
The previously booked appointments wont be synced on Google Calendar, only the appointments created after the sync would be visible on the Google Calendar.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Is there a log that can show us what happened? I talked to everybody and i seems that nobody did anything during the holidays, so i dont think it was one of the employees.
Hi Walter,
Unfortunately, I don’t believe actions like this are registered in the database. I’m also considering the possibility of a user role error. Perhaps the WP user (who should be an admin) has multiple roles assigned? This could explain the issue with assigning the same calendar, as it seems like a human error.
We would need WP admin access to try and reproduce the issue, though I doubt we’d be able to replicate it, as it hasn’t occurred in the past.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
