we have created various recurring events. We have the problem that many events do not appear in the individual notifications. (i.e. the selection below which says: only send this notification). We think that the "father event" is not selectable.
If that is the case, the guest will not receive an email.
Thank you for reaching out to us. I want to confirm that I’ve understood your request correctly: you have a recurring events configuration, and when a customer books multiple recurring events, you’d like notifications to be sent for all the events they’ve booked. Is that correct?
To get started, let’s check the email setup. Have you configured the SMTP settings?
no. The appointments are missing from the notifications. We have recurring appointments, but all the appointments are missing from the notification settings. See image.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Thanks for the access. I see that this is related to events, not recurring appointments. (The Private Alpin Course is the event). Which events should be visible in the notification section? Perhaps i missing some events.
But the private courses on February 8th are "PRIVAT Alpin Kurs - 2h" and PRIVAT Alpin Kurs - 4h" and these events are recurring. If you configure the events to be recurring, they will be shown under one.
For example, if you create a new event that will start on Jan 20 and it is a recurring event, and you see it to be recurring daily until the particular date, the same event would appear just once in the notification selection
Apologies for the delayed answer. I was able to take a look, apparently, the event doesn't appear in the event list. Please, let me investigate a bit more and i will get back to you as soon as possible.
Apologies for the delayed answer. Since these events are recurring, basically Amelia will group them into one that should be visible in the Notification template. This particular event is recurring, but the first one that was created is this one
If you inspect it through the developer console, you will see that this event is the first one (with the ID of 2662).
So, you can select this event in the notification template

What can we do?

Hi,
thats correct. But i think that you dont understand our problem.
Can you look at the event with the iD=2664 (2 Tage Kids BEGINNER Kurs 6-13 Jahre) at date 12.02.25.
This was created as recurring event.
But this date i don't find in the notification (Event notification: Skikurs Alpin - Buchungsbestätigung).
So no Email will be send.
Hi Sven,
Apologies for the delayed answer. I was able to take a look, apparently, the event doesn't appear in the event list. Please, let me investigate a bit more and i will get back to you as soon as possible.
Thank you for your understanding and patience.
