In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We are experiencing an intermittent issue where our employees' Google Calendars occasionally get disconnected from the Amelia system.
I have thoroughly reviewed all settings, including the Google API configuration and integration setup, and can confirm that everything has been configured correctly. Despite this, the disconnection issue persists.
Could you please advise on the possible causes of this problem and provide guidance on how we can prevent it from occurring in the future?
Currently the issue is employee is saying that on same day he had 3 bookings out of that 2 sync properly in his outlook calendar but 1 got missed from his calendar.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
If your employee occasionally disconnects from the calendar, this is not an issue with Amelia most likely. It is most likely due to an incorrect setup on the Google platform. You probably haven’t published the app or entered the developer email (your email).
Regarding the issue where not all appointments are visible, you need to adjust the "Event Returned" setting under Settings > Integrations to 2500. After this, everything should work as expected. However, if the calendar was previously disconnected, certain appointments might not appear in the calendar in such cases.
