My partner put out a holiday offering to 'buy a package, and share it with your family' without first confirming this is actually possible in Amelia. I tried a few different things to try to get it to work (including selling a package, booking one of the sessions, and going in and changing the customer... but that just deleted the customer who bought it, created a new paid for appointment - which is technically fine, but then it made the original buyer have all bookings available to them again).
On a related note... would it be possible to 'consume' one of the package sessions on the backend? I don't see a place to modify it, only book new ones. If this was possible... we could use the scenario above and just setup a manual booking for the family member, and decrease the number available to the purchaser.
Technically, it’s not possible to "transfer" an appointment or package, as you mentioned, since the package is assigned to the initial customer who purchased it. The customer can later book the appointments through their customer panel and reschedule, but this cannot be done for another customer (or additional people).
However, an admin can assign or create new packages and appointments manually from the backend. To do this, go to Services > Packages, and then click on "Manage Packages." You will see all the booked packages there and can manually assign appointments from the package.

Hello Larry,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
