Hello, I have purchased this plugin Dec 1, 2024, but have tried several times, several browsers, over several days to submit a ticket, and I keep getting "code expired or invalid" message every time I try to submit a ticket. Purchase code below.

Here's a comprehensive description of the entire config and issues I'm experiencing.
First a little about the business for which I'm building the site and configuring Amelia.
Business: Yacht Charter company
# of Employees - 1
# of Vessels - 1
Problem Description: Unable to get “events” and “services” to block each others availability based on booking/purchases.
1st configuration attempt Configured a single employee for “EVENTS”.... Configured 1 employee for each “SERVICE” offered
(NOTE - when ONLY using services and a single employee, everything works just as I needed it to work, its only because we have multiday “services” that I’m having issues when introducing “EVENTS” to the config)
Most of the services that are being offered are day / evening charters and do NOT exceed the 24 hour limit cap when configuring a "service" I have configured an employee with their working hours reflecting the static “departure / arrival” times of each charter, then assigned this employee to that service so when its booked, it books the specific time slot that charter leaves, then returns (example 10am departure with a 1pm return) I would configure this employee this way. With that said, I had to create a new employee for EACH CHARTER, to which their working hours were configured based on that specific charter. This worked wonderfully for everything under 24 hours…. With that said…
We do have some overnight and Multi-day charters which I attempted to then configure under "EVENTS" as they allowed for time windows exceeding 24 hours. I was able to successfully configure this, however the problem I have is that when an Event is purchased, I'm unable to figure out how to automatically have Amelia BLOCK OUT remaining Events and services during the duration of the Event. Since we have only 1 catamaran and for all intents and purposes, 1 employee / captain.
2nd configuration attempt configured 1 employee and assigned to BOTH events and services
If I configure with one employee and assign them to a scheduled event, it seems to block all services simply when an event is created regardless of attendees yet scheduled to “attend” (qty of 1 max) during the duration of that event (on calendar availability)
With that said, Is it possible to either 1. Configure the services as events so all products /services are "EVENTS" thus allowing the blocking of dates once a charter has been selected.... OR 2. Configure the multiday charters as services (lasting over 24 hours) OR, 3. Ideally leave all configured as I currently do, where services will auto-block event dates, and conversely, Event bookings will auto-block out dates for services on those dates.
Please let me know if this requires upgrading / customization to achieve this or if there's something I missed. I've been through most of the literature, a few forums, and some tickets on this site and have been unable to do what I need to with Ameila standard setup.
Any help on this matter would be most appreciated,
Your ticket is quite detailed, and we couldn’t identify a specific question. We hope we have understood your request correctly. If not, please feel free to provide a more concise and direct question, and we’ll be happy to assist you further.
To clarify:
Events override services. If an employee is assigned to an event during a specific time, their services will be unavailable for booking during that period. This is done automatically as you have asked.
If you have additional questions, we kindly ask that you open separate tickets for each inquiry. This will help us address your concerns more effectively.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
I have charters from 3 hours to 10 days and I need a way to create them all under services, is this possible. If this is not possible, how can this be done?
Multy day booking is not possible In Amelia Im afraid. Amelia is designed for appointment booking and events and longest appointment that you can set is 24 hours. Amelia is no suitable for multy day rentals or hotels. So we are not sure that Amelia is a good fit for you in that case I'm afraid.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.

I see you have higher tiers for custom configuration for Amelia, with a custom config, can this limitation be overcome?
Jason
Hello again,
No, no matter what license you have this can not be changed since this would require changing almost complete logic of Amelia.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
