We have a new account that we purchased in November, but have not been able to use yet because the event feature is not working. From the Amelia dashboard menu on our WP site, I can select events, but the information does not save when I input event information. This feature was a key feature in our purchase of your product. I put in a ticket already, but that tech has been unable to help us despite being provided our admin login to go investigate the problem. I am attaching a bit of code with the error code in it. Please note: I am not a coder, I had a friend help me retrieve this. She says it something you guys have to fix on your end. I have installed the latest update and the problem persists. WE NEED IMMEDIATE HELP

For future reference, please don't open multiple tickets with the same topic, as it wastes your and our time trying to either find a response twice (if, for example, my colleague responded on another ticket already) or inform you that the ticket has been submitted more than once.
We go through tickets in the order in which they are received and/or responded to, so creating multiple tickets will only increase our queue, it will not speed anything up. We try to be as fast as possible, so thank you for your patience!
