    I have technical question I couldnt find answers on. 

    I have a woocommerce shop. 

    I wish to use your woocommerce checkout option

    1. Once the booking it made and the customer checks out, can I redirect them to a custom checkout page of give the option to continue shopping so they add extra related products to the cart ?  
    2. How long does the booking stay in the cart before it expires ?
    3. I saw you have shortcodes for the dashboard. Can I display that in a tab of the woocommerce Customer dashboard, so they also have access to the booking on the same place ?
    4. From there can they reschedule, manage other bookings if they have a package, etc? 
    5. Do you have a gift card option? Or is Amelia compatible with woocommerce smart coupon or something similar that you can suggest (yith gift card? )
    6. What triggers automation do you work best with (that has the most options) as I need Amelia Customers to be synced with the wp users database (which is also my CRM) Would Wp Fusion be a good option or bit integration?
    7. I use FUNNELKIT (used to be Autonami) as my CRM. I wish to use that as my notification system, because I can track how my automated sequence are performing (links clicked etc.) for example I want to use it as a possibilty to offer extra services in the "next day reminder", and the follow-up with ability to create a Yes/no (if they click the leave a review link the automation ends, if not, I send again a week later.) how can I set this up ? (I know I can use the woocommerce statuses but these are not booking specific. I will only trigger when the product is bought but no option to to use booking dates to remind the customer for his upcoming appointments (24h and 1h before for ex).)

    The point is : how can I get the Amelia specific "merge tags" or whatever you call them to work so they can be used in my CRM for my automation.  (appointment date& time. , appointment type, customer information,...)

    2. How long does the booking stay in the cart before it expires ? - This is a question a question for WooCommerce support team we can not say how long it stays there since this is their cart
    3. I saw you have shortcodes for the dashboard. Can I display that in a tab of the woocommerce Customer dashboard, so they also have access to the booking on the same place ? - Amelia can only exist in WordPress environment so you need to add its shortcodes to a WP page 
    4. From there can they reschedule, manage other bookings if they have a package, etc? - They can only manage their appointments from our customer panel it via WP backend
    5. Do you have a gift card option? Or is Amelia compatible with woocommerce smart coupon or something similar that you can suggest (yith gift card? ) - We don't have gift vouchers but we have an option for creating discount codes. These codes can be set and sent automatically in our notifications after the customer schedules X number of appointments or you can give on some other way to your customers. More about our coupons you can read here (below the "Payments" part). But you can not combine others coupons or gift cards with Amelia since there is no official integration with any such plugin
    6. But Amelia notifications are tied to appointment status approved, pending, canceled and based on that our notifications are triggered. For anything outside of that we can not say or guarantee that this will since as mentioned there is not such integration with Amelia

    The point is : how can I get the Amelia specific "merge tags" or whatever you call them to work so they can be used in my CRM for my automation.  (appointment date& time. , appointment type, customer information,...) - We are not sure that this can be achieved with Amelia since we do not do not have official integration with any CRM and this is quite unique use case that we did not see before so we can guarantee that this will work.
