We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Request for Refund – Amelia Plugin Not Suitable for Our Requirements

    Dear Amelia Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I recently purchased the Amelia Pro version, expecting it to fit our on-demand doorstep massage service needs. However, after exploring the plugin, I realised it is primarily designed for salon and spa bookings and doesn’t fully support the flexibility we require.

    Specifically:

    • I am unable to create a customised booking form tailored to our unique needs.
    • Essential fields like Full Address, Google Map Pin, Term & Condition tick are either missing or not customisable.
    • The plugin seems more focused on in-location appointments rather than on-demand doorstep services.

While Amelia is an excellent tool for traditional setups, it unfortunately does not align with our operational requirements.

I kindly request a refund as the plugin cannot meet our business needs. Please let me know the steps to proceed or if there are alternative solutions available.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Best regards,
    PENANG THERAPY

    Hello Vankatesh,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

To add a link to Terms & Conditions, you can use "Checkbox" or "Radio" custom fields. In the custom field you need to add an anchor tag like this:

    <a href="https://wpamelia.com/terms-and-conditions/" target="_blank">Terms & Conditions</a>

So this text appears as a hyperlink that opens a new tab (target="_blank") and takes the customers to your Terms & Conditions without them leaving the booking form. So the custom field on the back end would look like this:

    6933203237.png

As you can see, we made this radio button a mandatory field, so no one can book an appointment without checking the "I agree" button.

Also, you can take a look at the custom fields page in our documentation.

    Kind Regards,

    Uros Jovanovic
