Gravity form integration is nice addon, however it is lacking a feature to edit dynamic Gravity form fields, such as check-box and radio buttons that are dynamically populated with choices.
Is there a patch or some workaround to get the dynamic fields to work when editing a form entry using the integration along with datatable.
At the moment, it is still not possible to edit any field which was made by a Gravity add-on, such as nested forms and Populate anything.
We also can't confirm that our table will properly render any field which is made by a Gravity add-on.
As mentioned in the Documentation, on our List of Limitations :
Gravity Forms integration add-on is working with wpDataTables plugin and the core Gravity Forms plugin. However, integration with other Gravity Forms add-ons isn’t confirmed, so we cannot guarantee that it will work.
So, you can try adding fields made from Gravity Forms add-ons, but we can not guarantee that it will render correctly in our table and we also can't guarantee that it will be editable.
Our management and developers will consider adding compatibility with a specific Gravity add-on, though, if there will be a certain number of users requesting it, etc, but we can't promise if or when it could be added.
If we make progress, such as adding native compatibility with some Gravity add-ons, a patch note will be added on the changeLog page.
You can also follow our newsletter to learn about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.
2. Now, I am not sure if you meant Gravity add-ons, the same as that user from the other ticket - or if you perhaps meant using Conditional Logic from standard Gravity fields. If you only meant the Conditional Logic :
At the moment, this is an issue we have for this integration with Gravity Forms when you have Conditional Logic in the Form.
Adding a new row works without issues, but editing a row which already has a selection on the Conditional Logic can not be properly edited.
At this moment, the new and edit entries are being rendered differently,
so the edit does not populate correctly if it is set to input the entries dynamically.
Our developers are going to refactor this piece of the code, and they will make a new version of that functionality.
It should be finished in one of the future updates.
Sadly we can not say exactly an ETA, but they will do their absolute best effort to resolve this as soon as possible.
You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like ( it is also available in the plugin dashboard), where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates;
they will make a patch note about it when it's fixed;
and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.

My ticket is similar to this ticket I found on the forum - Public Ticket #3568545.
Wondering if there is an update on this?
Hi Eventik,

You can always use our suggestions page for ideas like that.

I hope that helps.
