The information you’re referring to is not stored in the data tables; it can be found in the wp_options table. When reinstalling with the "enable" option, it will only delete the data tables (appointments, customers, events).
Amelia itself doesn't have the language option. It uses the WordPress settings. Both the backend and frontend will be translated based on the language configured in Worpdress settings. However, to have the language switcher on your website, you would need to configure this with the third-party plugin. Each page must have page locale configured to the corresponding language, so Amelia can recognize the language and translate it accordingly.

That said, regarding the multilingual issue, unfortunately, we’re not able to see the correct setup at the moment. What we can see is that the page is still displaying the locale as EN_US.
