We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
I would like to use surecart along with amelia.
I can use a redirect at the end of a booking to open the checkout with the appointment corresponding product, but in order not to require the customer to type his information again (already typed during booking process), I would need to pass this information as parameters in the redirect url. Other plugins like fluent booking have this feature. I didn't find it in Amelia. Do you have any suggestion? Thanks
Hi Christophe,
Unfortunately, Amelia does not currently have an integration with SureCart. This has been requested previously, and we are planning to implement it in a future update.
However, the checkout window is a separate window (WooCommerce or PayPal), and by default, each customer is required to enter their credentials twice, which is currently unavoidable. While we do have webhooks and API endpoints, we haven't had the opportunity to test this specific use case yet, so we cannot guarantee that it will work as expected.
If you want to test it, you can find the APIs and webhooks at this link.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Thanks for your quick reply Stefan,
If you can push the idea of being able to add parameters to a redirect url, that would solve the problem for Surecart and other use cases as it is a requested feature by many and not only surecart users. Those parameters are already available in notifications. Would it be a lot of dev work to make them available for post booking redirect urls?
As for using webhooks, I have tried, but it is impossible on the surecart end to handle the Amelia data as seamlessly as with redirect urls.
Hi Christophe,
For the time being, I can forward this as a request to the developers. I can’t promise anything at this moment, but we would need to ensure that the SureCart integration is developed properly and thoroughly tested. I'm sure it's not something that can be done with just a few clicks, and the developers are already busy working on other features (the employee panel is currently in development).
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
