Hi Amelia Team,
Is it possible to create an algorithm within a placeholder for appointment notifications?
For example: A client selects their desired makeup artist and books an appointment that begins at 2pm. They appointment consists of 1 hour of getting dressed and then makeup after that. The makeup artist wouldn't need to arrive to the studio or start working until 3pm...
Is there a way to create something like this (%appointment_time% + 1 hour) within the notification template? Ideally, it would do the math on it's own and alert the makeup artist to arrive at 3pm even though the client selected a 2pm appointment.
Thanks in advance & happy holidays!
Cheers,
Ray
