In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We have a problem with the expiration date of the coupons: for example if a coupon expires on 12/31/2024 and I make a reservation on 12/30/2024 for an event on May 30, 2025 I will not be blocked by the system.
It is necessary for the operation of my site, to prevent the reservation after the expiration date of the coupon.
How can we set up this check?

Thank you for your feedback, but we want to prevent booking at a date later than the coupon expiration date, can you tell us the files to modify in Amelia to achieve this very important setting for us?

It probably can be done with some custom work, but our developers are very busy at the moment, working on some priority tasks and fixing bugs and issues with our plugins, so they won't have the time for custom work in the near future.
