    Hello,

    I’m experiencing an issue with event bookings on my website.

    When a client tries to book a spot for the upcoming event, they can complete the entire Amelia form, but when they click the payment button, they are not redirected to the Mollie payment page. Instead, they remain on the final page of the form without being able to make the payment.

    In short, none of my clients can currently book a spot for my event beacuase they are note able to pay.

    I had encountered a similar issue before, which was resolved by downloading a new update for Amelia. You can find the link to that ticket here: https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/ticket/3778392/ I have now installed the latest Amelia update (8.0) by downloading the plugin from my client area, but this time the problem persists.

    Moreover, when a client fails to complete a payment, they are still registered in the participants list after clicking the payment button. Since the client is never redirected to the payment page, they click the payment button multiple times and are therefore registered multiple times in the event’s participants list (without successfully paying). As a result, all spots for the event are marked as booked, which causes organizational issues.

    Here is a screenshot to show the multiple bookings made by the same person :

    In summary, whenever a payment fails or is not completed, the client is still added to the participants list.

    How can I resolve these issues ?
