I encounter a big issue with my events. I have many events shown on the calendar display on the website, but when I try to add more events or edit them it's not possible. I only see one event in the system. there's no filters set or whatsoever, I checked many times.
also the plugin is up to date as well as all other plugins. and cache is clear.
I wonder if you can help me here, otherwise I'll need to reinstall the plugin which will cause a ton of work for me
Thank you for reaching out to us. This might be an issue related to a conflict with user roles. Could you please double-check the WordPress user section? Your WordPress user should only have one role assigned—administrator. If multiple user roles are assigned, it can cause a conflict.
Just checked and- my user is the admin and the only admin (no more roles assign).
I refreshed the user setting and immediately received an email from wordpress claiming there's a fatal error with the Amelia plugin, with the following error mesages:
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
